For the 2016 batch of N-power applicants who selected Floss Signatures as their preferred device, it’d be recalled that some support centres were published alongside the specs of the devices during selection; unfortunately some people misinterpreted the N-power device support centres for collection centres.

N-power Device Collection Centres are different from N-power Support Centres.

The difference…

N-power Collection centres are different designated locations in the states where volunteers are expected to pick up their NpowerNG tablets.

Support centres are technical partners who are versed in device repair and maintenance. Simply put, N-power device support centres are accredited maintenance firms and individuals approved by N-power Headquarters in Abuja to handle and fix whatever problem the device might have in the process of use.

If you discover any error or malfunctioning in your device contact any of the support partners provided by the team.

NOTE: You'll be contacted when and where to pick up your device. Below contacts are for those who have collected their Floss Signatures N-power tablet. Please don't disturb them for device collection.

In a situation where the support agents haven’t got directive from the headquarters and you need to fix a problem in your device, please reach out to N-power on social media channels.
