Difference between N-power Collection Points and N-power Support Centres
While the collection centres are different designated
locations where volunteers are expected to pick up their NpowerNG tablets, support
centres are technical partners who are versed in device repair and
maintenance. Simply put, N-power device
support centres are accredited maintenance firms and individuals approved
by N-power Headquarters in Abuja to
handle and fix whatever problem the device might have in the process of use.
Since the commencement
of N-power tablets device distribution
and collection started, we’ve heard cases of device malfunction.
Such is expected that’s why N-power has designated support firms. In a
situation where your device isn’t functioning the way it ought to be, please
you’re not accredited by N-power to repair it yourself till the end of your
appointment with N-power.
When you discover any error or malfunctioning of your device
contact any of the support partners provided by the team.
