Why is it difficult to connect with Npower Support phone number

N-Power is Nigeria's programme to reduce unemployment in the country among millions of Nigerian youths.

During application process in 2016, more than 10 phone numbers, which cut across all major telcom careers, were made available for complaints and challenges applicants might be passing through.

Unfortunately, after the release of names of 200,000 successful candidates, which is the first batch, only one phone number-08145569572- was made available to address issues.

Fine, the programme was conceived and implemented by the Buhari-led government, and for creating different social media channels through which complaints could be submitted.

But imagine a situation whereby, say 10,000 people are trying to reach the same phone number the same time.

We understand that rules were clearly stated during application process, and we can't exonerate the volunteers from the fact that some of them are the planners of their own problems.

We mustn't also not forget that application of this magnitude can't be without some challenges from applicants,but we urge the federal government through the Npower Office, SIP, to make more phone numbers available for any of the applicants, who have one issue or the other to resolve.

A phone number can't successfully serve the number of complaints trooping in every minutes.
