Will N-Power release Second batch?

The question in the lips of every N-Power applicants, whose names were not in the first list is: When will Npower release the second batch?

They are now anxious over the continuous delay in releasing names of those who made the second batch list.

N-Power programme, according to the Federal Government, is targeting at least 500, 000 unemployed Nigerian youths in five major areas:

1. N-Power Teach
2. N-Power Health
3. N-Power Agro
4. N-Power Tech
5. N-Power Build

N-power Community Education was meant to be one of the programmes, but it's been incorporated into the N-Teach.

While no one has been shortlisted under N-Tech and N-Build, no one can precisely say if applicants under the two apprentice-inclined programmes will benefit from the new submission of applications being proposed by the Federal Government.

But last year, 200,000 candidates made the first batch list, subsequently the FG said the rest of the list would be released in 2017.

Unfortunately, it's fifth month into the year, no words about the second batch list until last week Minister of Labour and Employment Dr. Chris Ngige said the portal would reopen for Nigerians to submit their applications, from which 350,000 applicants will be shortlisted for the second batch.

By this statement, it's obvious that NO SECOND BATCH but N-Power job application portal will reopen for those who want to join the scheme to apply.

I applied last year, can I apply again?
If you didn't make the first batch, it's advisable to resubmit your application, particularly if no second batch is released before on or before May 29, 2017, a day when portal.npower.gov.ng reopens to accept new applications.
