Over 60 Facebook profiles use Kemi Adeosun photos in a bid to defraud N-Tax Applicants BEWARE!

This is the time N-power Volunteers under the N-Tax need to exercise caution on who to approach on social media, particularly on Facebook, for assistance.

This is because thousands of fraudsters would definitely want to prey on individuals who are uninformed about the process of recruitment into the N-power Tax, which will be overseen by the Federal Ministry of Finance.

In our latest research, we found 68 profiles and pages using different photos of the Minister of Finance Mrs. Kemi Adeosun in a bid to defraud members of the public.

VAIDS applicants we believe will be the most targeted victims, considering the number of young Nigerian graduates who applied for 7,500 available positions of Community Tax Liaison Officer (CTLO)

Of all the pages and profile bearing Kemi Adeosun photos, only one is considered to be genuine at this time, and it’s verified: www.facebook.com/HMKemiAdeosun

In the meantime, Nigeria’s Federal Ministry of Finance has warned the general public to beware of fraudsters, saying, “The federal ministry of finance doesn’t collect money for forms or jobs or grants or loans of any kind. Do not pay any money to anyone.”

We understand the anxiety of VAIDS applicants, who have written the online assessment test, but yet to hear further directive from the ministry, which N-power says would continue with VAIDS interview after successfully playing its own role.

It’d be recalled that 27 graduates of Community Tax Liaison Officers were trained for a 5-day at the Federal Treasury Academy, Orozo, FCT, some weeks ago.
