NpowerNG Device Support Email: devicesupport@npvn.ng



Do you have any complaint about the ongoing distribution and collection of Npower devices? If you answered in affirmative then you can send your complaint to devicesupport@npvn.ng right away.

If you have any of the under listed complaints you might want to reach out to N-power Device Tablet Support Centre:

1) If in your state the location centre says it no longer gives devices out to volunteers then you'll need to contact Npower tablet support centre

2) If your device doesn't come with the free monthly 750MB then you can reach out to devicesupport@npvn.ng

3) If the repair and Support centre for your device denies having any partnership with N-power as regards maintenance then you'll need to contact N-power for solution using the above email.

4) If for any reason you've not gotten SMS for your device collection maybe as a result of lost of your registered phone number, then contact devicesupport@npvn.ng for support. But note that SMS is sent out in batches.

5) If you lost your device due to carelessness or robbery or outbreak of fire in your apartment or accident or other circumstances beyond your control, then it's important to contact devicesupport@npvn.ng to notify them of the situation. That's after you must have reported the case to the nearest police station.

If your device was stolen MTN has all the tech capabilities to track it down. Make sure you report it.

Note
Remember that N-power devices are training gadgets please don't sell yours. And make sure you make judicious use of yours.

  14. Hello Makinta, there Npower device support centres across Nigeria. Search for it on this blog. If your tablet device is Samsung simply search for "Npower Samsung device repair centre"

  15. Hello Akinola Babatunde, please login to your NPVN profile page, click report issue from the drop down menu, select the issue that best described your issue and give a title, clearly state your problem and submit.

    But you should have tested your device at the point of collection to be sure it was working fine before you left the venue.

    Please login to your npvn portal to report this case. We thought you should followed the collection date and venue in your state during distribution. It's over a year now.

    Well, try what I just told you to get info on how to get your device .

  29. Npower please, my Samsung tab stopped working and I took it to Samsung agent , Nokia house at no. 31 st. Michael road, Aba on September 7th, 2018 for repair. They later called and said my device is beyond repair . On 5th of November , they gave me a brand new samsung tab but without preloaded contents. Please how do I get the preloaded contents ? I am an Nteach volunteer and my PPA is primary school, Ihite. Orumba south LGA of Anambra state.

  32. Sir/madam , I am a 2016 Nteach eneficiary . My Samsung tab stopped working and I took it to Samsung agent for repair on September 7th, 2018 . They called later and said my device is beyond repair. On November 5th, 2018 they gave me a brand new samsung tab but without preloaded contents. Good day Npower team, I am Egwim ufegbu chidinma, 2016, beneficiary, my PPA is St Johns of secondary school Awka Anambra State, kindly advise me on what to do about the device I am entitled to that have not been given to me, I went to the MTN office where we are asked to go and get our devices and they said that I have to show them a message from Npower before it will be issued to me, and I have not received any message from N power for collection of device.please direct me on what to do.
