The Technical Service Chemist is the key point of contact for clients, answering queries, providing technical advice and introducing new products.

The Job holder is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company and maximizing sales potential with existing customers.

Competency & Skills Requirement
• Provide technical service at interface of chemicals with the production line in a food and beverage production facility

• Have experience in F and B industry

• Conduct various tests on the line and chemicals in use

• Understand and implement chemical optimization on the line

• Be able to produce concise customer reports

• Work in a team

• Work shifts

Minimum Qualifications
• Candidate should have BSC/HND in relevant discipline.

• A successful track record working in technical services.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role required.
