The position of Retail Sales Supervisor is available at Ensure Insurance in Lagos State, Southwest Nigeria.

Qualification:

Must have OND, HND or BSc. from a reputable university with a minimum of 6 years cognitive work experience. Applicant must not be more 40 years old. Should have prior experience in a similar role.

Competencies:

Should have adequate knowledge of the insurance industry and the regulatory frameworks

An understanding of the financial service sector is an added advantage

Ability to manage a wide range of tasks simultaneously

Must possess skill in performance appraisal

Skills/Attributes:

Applicant must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills

He/she must be proactive, flexible and result oriented

Good knowledge of insurance underwriting (Life & Non-Life)

Excellent communication, presentation, recruitment , and selling skills

Excellent relationship management skills

Excellent leadership and mentoring skills

Must be professionally objective and customer-centric

Microsoft proficient

Entrepreneurial/Startup experience

Strategic marketing skill
