Why NpowerNG Backlogs Are Paid in Batches

N-power has once again called on existing beneficiaries to be patient on the Payment of backlogs.
It was reacting to questions from volunteers, who have never received any Payment since December, 2016 till date.
The reason for unpaid volunteers include: umatched name, unmatched Account number, wrong names and others .
Since Payment began last year NpowerNG has been trying to sort out issues of unpaid stipends. A lot of those issues are been sorted out on monthly basis and affected volunteers are paid in batches.
For those who have payment problem, they're advised to send complaint to support@npvn.desk-mail.com
In the meantime, N-power has said that backlog payments are done in batches.
This means your Payment depends on when your complaint gets to N-power Support Unit; and equally based on first come, first serve.
If you don't know why you've not been paid, login to your NPVN portal to see the reasons there.
Rectify the problem and send actions you've taken to support@npvn.desk-mail.com to show your seriousness and readiness to continue with the scheme.
One of our followers shared with us last month how he got his 5month backlog payments. Another one this month also told us how she got six month NpowerNG backlog payments, "Npower is real," she said.

We checked your profile and we noticed that the reason you have not been paid for the past months is because your BVN name did not match your profile and account names.
However, your details will be updated thereby resolving your issue
Kindly note that resolutions happening on or before the 12th of each month should expect payment at the end of the month.
While resolutions happening after the 12th to 30th of each month should expect payment at by the end of the next month

To be sure, login to your NPVN portal and check what the problem is.
Either of the two issues below would be found there if your case is still unresolved:
Name unmatched
This when the name on the account number doesn't match the BVN, this is simply a discrepancy between your BVN and the account number.
For instance Adeyanju Rebecca who opened her bank account when she was single cant use her marital name Richard Morrison Rebecca, if the change hasn't reflected on her bank account details.
Solution:
Go to your bank to make a change and send email to N-power support email: support@npvn.desk-mail.com
BVN not exist
If you provided wrong BVN in your NPVN portal, then what you see in your portal is BVN does not exist.
Solution:
Go to your bank, get your BVN slip, scan with other documents and send to N-power support email for your portal to be updated so that youll begin receiving payments.
Send message to N-power support email: support@npvn.desk-mail.com after the correction has been made
If your bank says your details are correct with your names, please dont try to alter anything again. Send a reminder to NPOWERNG.
